My husband and I lived there during the winter months, the apartment next to us had an inside pipe burst and they never came to our apartment to check if water came into our place. It did! Water came through a hole in the wall that was covered with a vent cover!! They told us it is becasue these apartments were made in Texas so they dont have the correct amount of insulation in the walls! Are you kidding me! Stay away from F106!! They were rude about the whole situation. The managment sucks! Mean and rude and creapy!
