The staff is rude and they don't know anything, They can't keep anything straight. After the blizzard of 2006 the parking lot was never cleared and we had to shovel our own walk ways. THEY lost rent checks for several residents but never claimed responsibility. When something is broken it takes them weeks to fix it, if they get around to it. very poorly managed complex.. The windows are drafty and it costs over $200/ month for energy; even at low usage.
