Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
I've lived here since May 2007, when they got new management. They've been good to me, but the price is kinda high, and they are upping my rent $100. My only pet peeves are that the slats in the balconies allow stuff to drop onto your porch from above, the bottom floor bedroom windows are right next to the air conditioner, and it is near impossible to keep the toilets clean.
