Watchout for all the hidden charges! - High Sewer, Water & Trash, Rental Insurance is Manditory, High Pet Rental Charges, etc. Garbage left in hallways and on patios, and in the parking lots, and strewn over the common areas. Parking is inadequate. Noise at night including jet planes, railroads and emergency vehicles! Running up and down steps past people's apartments. The place is looking more and more like a trashed place every day. Look elsewhere for a nice apartment. Bad management. Unfair animal rents. Apartments are too small. A 25 page lease agreement you must initial almost every page - totally in favor of Holland Residential (Owners) and Covington Ridge Apartment Homes! Must more be said!!!

True, there is a lot of trash and dog poop everywhere, but its getting better. I know people that have been there for years that havent had a problem, and I know people who have had cars stolen from there. The management said they will consider surveilence. However they will NOT be doing anything about the problem the garages have, when there is any rain or snow, water goes right into the garages.
