This is NOT a luxury home. Very disappointed after moving from out of the area. The fixures are the cheapest I have seen. Not very clean when we moved in i.e. windows, screens, carpeting, light fixures were broken.

Very poor construction, Poor management and maintainance staff, not knowlegable, uncaring and unprofessional.
Noise out of control especially at night!
Deposits and fee's for everything and anything and inconsistant.
Common area's not kept up. Trash scattered everywhere regularly.
Speak to other tenants before you rent.
