Unfortunately my job calls for me to relocate to another area and we have to move. We have had a great experience here. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Especially when we were new to the area. The maintenance men have always been very quick with the annual checks and we've always been well informed with notices. I do think that the parking is over crowded.

Dear We: Funny how in the first 3 sentences you placed the words, "job" and "staff" so meaningfully. "We" almost believed "ourselves" that time.

Yes, management is very cheerful most times, however, they are not that effective at dealing with bad tenants. Management, only acts in a way that brings money to them. They won't bite the hand that feeds them. Knowing this is useful if you want management to affect some sort of change.
