My husband and I picked these apartments thinking we would pay a little more and avoid most of the problems with apartment living. Not true!!! The staff claims that everything is just perfect and problems are handled right away. The hallways and stairwells are dirty and always littered with trash. Trash is overflowing out of the dumpsters. Neighbors are noisey day and night and nothing is ever done about it, even if you complain multiple times. If you happen to get off of work late, it is almost impossible to find a parking spot. People are constantly dropping trash all over the place and they never go back and pick it up. People with modified exhaust on their cars run around all hours of the night. And lastly, our toilet broke once and it took them a week to come and fix it, thank goodness we had 2 bathrooms.

"alpineace"- looks like you have a major problem with this place and alot of time on your hands. You are probably one of those people who is mad because you paid late and got a fee or someone called the police on you for being too loud. Have you ever thought of buying a house- probably don't qualify or you wouldn't be here.

Hey tbak7, do you work here? Seems like you want to rip on everyone that has left negative feedback. If you have such shockingly great credit and loads of cash, then why are you looking at apartmentratings.com, don't YOU live in a house????????
