I have lived here for a full year. I am not re renting here. For the price, it is not worth it. When I moved in I really liked it until the last 4 months. There are more and more young kids piled into two bedroom apartments and the noise is never taken care of. Do not bother to call the security they advertise nor the office staff because you will not get anywhere. The maintnance staff are the most helpful and friendly people you will find at this place. In the year that I have lived here we have had 3 new neighbors who have moved in the unit next to ours. That proves that the turn around is quick. Too bad the company that owns this place cant find a decent property manager and staff that is at least of legal age and maybe it would be the "nice" place to live.
