Please do not rent here!!! My husband and I have lived in Phase II since the Grand Opening. We loved it at first - the apartment was beautiful, the other tenants were great and than either the management changed or perhaps they just became desperate because of the market. In the last two years everything has changed! The walkways and parking lots are littered with trash, the dumpers are alway overflowing and this is nothing compared to the noise, partying and fighting that goes on constantly. Management claims that there is a security company who patrols - I have never seen them in the last 3 years. What is even worse he the local Northglenn Police Department is understaffed and so calls for noise and fighting are last priorities. I could go on - I am in the process of trying to break my lease - management has ignored my request and everyday I kick myself for renewing here - PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE AND DO NOT RENT WITH GLENEAGLES - YOU WILL BE SO UNHAPPY!!!!
