When we first moved in here we thought it was very nice. The "show" apartment they show you looks very nice. The clubhouse is one of their major selling points with two of them, 24hr fitness centers, two pools, tanning bed, movie theatre, and movie rentals through them for free. They're very good at selling you. However, when we got into the apartment things changed. The paint can be taken off the walls with water and is incredibly easy to scratch off with any kind of furniture you might not want to put in the middle of the room. Very cheep. They say they will give you a washer and dryer, but, have lived here for two month and they apparently still don't have any "available." However, they do have their own laundry mat you can pay for all the time! Woo-hoo! Just another way of making money. The carpet is not like in the models, incredibly cheap and no padding. Disposal in kitchen shakes the whold counter and have called maintainance twice and they don't come. There's always a lot of noise and partying. They claim to have security but no one ever seems to see them. To make things worse the management is very rude, although may not seem so when they want you to sign the lease. They also won't tell you when you sign the lease that any complaint that may be made will cost you $100 dollars in which they expect payed in 24hrs. Complaint number three means eviction! So if there's any chance you may not get along with your neighbors, this is not the place for you. I have drug addicts living above me who accasionally feel the need to drop their "NEEDLES" down to my porch. Nobody does anything about it. And to add it all up I'm now being evicted because I can't come up with registration papers for my dog, which upon signing the lease they didn't mention. I went to a vet and got a statement on the breed and age because I can't get papers immediately and they will not except it. However, to add to that, the manager told me that if I got vet signed papers they would except it, then I pay 70 dollars to get them, and her exact words "we've changed our minds, we're just going to go ahead with an eviction." I asked if there was anything I could do. She said they just didn't feel the need to work with us and it wasn't her responsiblity to "help." So, to sum it all up...if you have pets or children, don't come here! I don't think anyone should, but if you have pet or kids, you're getting yourselves into an even bigger mess. It's not worth it!!!!!! Although, I was at redhawk ranch just right up the street from here, before I came here, and would recomend them anyday...go there!

I live here and disagree with this review. What breed was your dog? They have very strict breed restrictions here and I am glad. I have an young son and I dont want to have to worry about a large agressive dog running off of its leash after him. I for one am glad they are strict about that because I pay the high rent so I dont have to worry about things like that. I have a dog and had no problem paying the pet deposit and showing the breed of my dog when I got her. She is a puppy and I have had no problems with them. It kind of seems like this resident is a bit bitter and is why they have to tarnish a complex's reputation because they cannot prove that their dog is not one of the restricted breeds. I asked the office about being fined when complaints are made against you for $100 and they said that they only fine like that when someone has not been picking up after their dogs which I THINK IS GREAT! Like I said before dog poop is the only thing that bothers me and obviously they are implementing something to make it stop. And them not going over the dog poop and dog fine I read my lease before I signed anything and it is clearly stated. This person obviously did not read what they were agreeing to. My carpet was great when I moved in but maybe it was new. This complex is really family oriented and I would tell any family to move in here. I have had no problems with my son and neither have my neighbors who also have kids. Don't believe this person.
