These apartments are put together poorly. They cant handle normal wear and tear, the wooden borders of my cabinets are falling off and we havent even been in this apartment a year... I have lived in these apartments 2 times, the second not so much by choice. The leasing agents and managers are rude, especially the tall blonde manager who is usually in the Phase 1 office... and Lisa(usually in phase 2) who will go out of her way to personally go into your apartment after you move out with a pair of pliers to make sure the carpet pads have no stains. The bottom floor patios have no fence, which isnt very kid or pet friendly. THERE IS NEVER ANY PARKING!!!!! Plan on a hike to your apartment.

For $800/month i could get a 3 bedroom at a place that treats me better and where i can park.

If you find an $800 three bedroom, pass the word along, because unless you're living in a total crap hole, that's not possible.

From your statement I wonder, did you have a lot of pee pet stains in your apartment? Dont all managers pull back carpets when people move out? And if this is the second time you have lived there, if the first time was so bad... why would you even go back?? I am sure thats not the only apartment that had apartments available...

OK. So $800/month is an exaggeration, it was a statement i made to make a point about my distaste. Please take things less literally. What i actually mean is that I have seen much, much less expensive places that were built much better, had nicer staff and better parking. The 2nd time i lived here was because I moved in with my fiancee who already lived here. My lease ended, so I move in with him. I wasnt my choice. We are living in a new apartment now, thank god.
