For the price you would think there would be a nicer class of residents, but NO. The grounds are hardly maintained at all, except for the area adjacent the leasing office. Garbage containers are ALWAYS overflowing with garbage on the ground being blown all around. There is no shortage of broken bottles around the grounds either. Be sure to have a truck with good ground clearance to navigate the ruts and bumps in the parking lot. The safety gate to the pool is ALWAYS broken even after many reports to the management, so keep a close eye on your children. There is dog feces and lots of cigarette buts all over the grounds so keep your children inside, you will have to use local parks. The playground equipment is filthy dirty and the ground covering is damaged and missing, the photos they show you are a far cry from what you will find when you acutally go out to see them. This has not been addressed in the year we have been there. We were promised a management staff and clubhouse for Phase 2 when we moved in, but they promptly closed that. (But didn't reduce our rent any!) The floors are paper thin so expect to hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are up to. They do not seem to screen any other tennants so be ready to call the police about once a month for loud parties, fights, drunks throwing up outside your door, scumbags drinking alcohol at the pool. (Again, don't plan on taking your children to these cesspools.) If your neighbor has a small business and wants to put a sign outside his apartment to advertise it, don't expect the staff to do anything about it. Overall we were embarrassed to invite friends over and would never let our child play on the grounds.
The staff is uninterested in helping you once they have your signature on a lease, don't bother to call you if you have a package at the office. If you are expecting a shipment you will have to actually go down there and check on it, don't assume they will look if you call and ask. No one in the office can do anything for you without a "manager" who is never available. Could not be happier to be out of this place, what a huge mistake it was living here.
