The apartments themselves in this complex are nice but the managment is impossible and the amenities are severly lacking. They sold me with the 24 hour gym and the free tanning but unfortunately these things are not readily available to the tenents. I found the gyms vandilized several times when I arrived early in the morning, their solution to this problem was to lock the gym and not open it till 8 or 9am. I went from a vandalized gym in the am to no gym at all. The tanning bed is only open during bussiness hours and you have to get the key from one clubhouse, go to the other to tan, and then take the key back. It's not at all convienient. Also the maintenence is completely overwhelmed. It took them 5 months to fix my dishwasher and I was not given any sort of rent comp. They also jacked my untilities way up in the last couple of months. I am paying nearly $75 a month for utilities (not xcel, which covers electricity and gas which is around another $100 a month) for a 1 bed 1 bath. It's ridiculous!! I'm not at all impressed with the so called "resort style" living here. They are currently painting and "improving" the complex but it seems that this just adds more cost to my rent when these were things that were promised by them when I moved in. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone who doesn't enjoy unnecessary headaches.

This place is horrible. Last winter there was ice in the parking lot and i fell with my 8 month old son in my arms and my boyfriend went to complain to the managemnet and he asked when it would be removed and the told him to get out. they never did remove the ice. the pool key opened our door. one night some strange guy walked into our apt. the mnger said oh it cant be. THIS PLACE IS NOT A PLACE TO LIVE......LOOK ELSEWHERE. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO LIVE THAN HERE.
