My stay here for the last year has been the worst time of my entire life! Worse than loved ones passing away! In november of 2008 I had a friend from out of state visit with me for Thanksgiving. During her stay she slipped and fell on ice with a 7 month old child in her arms! I complanned to management about the large sheet of ice that was covering the parking lot from the start of the parking blocks to the edge of the building. I wanted to know when the ice would be removed and was told to "get out" of the leasing office by one head supervisor's! The sheet of ice was approximatly 150 feet wide by 300 feet long! The sheet of ice finally melted after two weeks! In August the managment tried to evict me cause they failed to cash my check 2 1/2 weeks after I paid the rent then said it was late and gave me 3 days to give them the money in which they posted the noted after 5pm on friday and I had to have the money to them on monday by noon! I work during the week starting at 5am to 6pm and the office closes at 6pm! Needless to say they took me to court and managent didnt show up but there attorney did and he was no help nor did he want to help. Managment refused to except partical payment and would not except anything except the full amount plus late fee's, attorney's fee, and 2 months of rent which came to a grand total of $2500 plus two weeks late had to come up with another months rent! The same month (august) my water bill went from an average of $45 to $103 for no reason! When confronting managment, on different days, I was give 3 different reasons to why my water bill doubled!

Trash dumpsters are always full and over flowing! Dumpers do not get emptied on a regular basis! Deleric vehical's are in the parking lot and nothing is done about it! During the winter the ice is not delt with, just the snow is pushed off to the side taking up parking spaces till the sun melts the snow (which can take days or weeks)!

You can hear everything around you, cars starting, neighbors being loud, sliding doors opening in apartments above and below you. I had an instance where the pool key open my apartment door! I told management about and nothing was done about it for 2 weeks! Some lady had opened my apartment door with the community pool key 2 weeks later! I told management about the incident right away and they said "O ok thats not good". It then took another 24hrs before the d@#! lock was change and I told them about it when they opened up at 9am!

I needed new blinds cause mine where broke, it took management 3 weeks to replace them and I had to remind them twice about it. When the AC is on, the drain for the AC is connected with a pipe the enter's into the shower from the ceiling (yip thats right it comes down threw the ceiling) and cause's rust stain's all over the shower! Very embarrassing when having guest over! Bird's like to nest in the dryer and exhaust vents on the sides of the building and guess what, nothing is done about that either. The lease state's no working on cars in the lot and people do it all the time and again, nothing is done.

Do you think you would have to pay property tax to live in an apartment' Well here you do! Get this, you dont own the apartment but yet you have to pay property tax to live here on top of the rent, water, sewer, and trash! So, are you still thinking of living here' Management is all nice to you when they are trying to get you to sign a lease, but once you sign it you are on your own and you better hire a lawyer to cover your butt!
