The lies begin.. Upon viweing rental I was told the place had just been painted, I then pointed out the nail holes, food splatters and Boogers on the wall- oh then maybe it wasn't paited they said...they promised me paint if I moved in ,, NEVER happened- not a single thing has been fixed- my neighbor complained that his patio door was stuck,,their solution' TO nail the door in! Heaven forbid there is a fire and he can't get out. We both have had sewage spew up from trhe bathtub.. which gets no respone from maintenance. My lease is up and they have raised it 95.00 bucks! Not the 25.00 I was promised... Beware!! Too dumpy for the price you pay!
