the wind blew off our covered parking where we are assigned to park, in Nov. it is now June, and STILL not fixed & we cannot park there. You can hear everything outside, as the windows & doors don't have seals, for winter. My neighbor was cutting down the shrubs with shearing scissors,(small) because she couldn't walk through the walkway. My air conditioner is not working, it needs coolant, & it will be 3 days at the latest before they can put coolant. My car was broken into, and they are supposed to have security, I called the office, and all they said was, there were two others care broken into...HOPEFULLY, with the new management, this will be a better place to live, but I'm moving at the end of the month. Sorry, but I wouldn't recommend this place, it's a very nice area, but not the apartments. Se La Vie

I am still leaving at Glenn Arms and with the new management and to respond to the hopes of the New Management. FORGET IT! They are extremely impersonal. You walk into the office and there is 4-5 employees standing around or bumping into each other trying to find 1 tenant file. Very defensive when you ask a question about statements. Before we at least received a news letter every month. Now we receive "Courtsey statement" as they call it because they don't have to send us anything. Nice statement to make considering we are trying to learn to trust the new management team. As for maintenance now we are required to call a 800 number that is an answering service for our maintenance request. At least before we could talk to someone on our property. Or walk in to the office for this. It seems that the least the tenants are in the office the better for them. The club house use to be open until 9 pm and now sometimes when driving by or going to check the mail its closed at 7 or 8. Nothing is changed from what I can see. All the same with empty promises. I have been there 3 yrs. Just resigned another 7 mth lease until I can get into a house. I know there was problems with the old management company but at least it was an open office policy and you felt comfortable going in to talk with them. Very upsetting especially as a tenate who's been there for a while.
