We've lived here almost a year now, and have recently found our apartment infested with Silverfish. As we are clean people, I can only assume that after the winter, they started to come out of the walls. I'm talking all of the walls as well. The basboards are NOT flush with the carpet/tile/leno and as a result, we get them coming out of the cracks constantly...
Were told when we would be moving in about rental polices that ended up being false... (late fees and so on)
Our apartment was "upgraded" before we moved in and new cabinets and new flooring were put in.... Horribly. The cabinets are too small, theres an effing drawer that can't come out unless you open the stove!
They have "water saving" toilets installed that WILL NOT FLUSH RIGHT, and you end up having to flush 3-4 times in a row to get anything to go down.
The grounds are never picked up, there is dog ---- everywhere (sidewalks, stairs, etc) and they painted the doors/halls ridiculous colors
DO NOT THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE... YOULL LIKE IT AT FIRST... BUT HATE IT A WEEK LATER.
