I lived here previously under the old management in 2005 to 2006. Then I would say it was adequate. I moved back under the new management in 2008 to 2009. The management seems real friendly at first, but then when you sign the lease, it is all over. They are very rude, unconcerned abuout the tenants, it is all about the money and how they can squeeze extra out of the tenants. It feels like living in a prison with the rules they come up with after the fact. And, now they got fines for everything. The assistant manager is a real witch and claims that her staff have the right to confront your kids without notifying the parents of problems, and then they will go around and switch the story, so make sure that you have everything in writing. It is riduculous. It feels like you are living with your parents all over again but paying for this poor treatment. They take forever to fix anything and you have to deal with silver fish problems and ant problems. They look nice on the outside and the model apartment is great but beware!!!
