the landlord and maintenance people are great, and there is always parking available, you are allowed two cars. Free cable, Free heat, and Free Water...all you have to pay is the electric, phone, internet, and of course the rent.

the walls do contain lead paint, so children are not a good idea (I guess children might like the walls') although they are allowed
