MY husband and myself have lived here almost a year in May. Right away living here we had ant bugs coming out of our walls in the bathroom. After that our kitchen sink started leaking. They actually fixed it right away. Then we had people smoking below our window and could not open our windows without smoke coming in. I had my car broken into and several others at the same time. The windows r cheap n old.. dont keep heat in what so ever. The plummer fixing the peoples pipes behind us put the snake in to far it reached our pipes n busted our pipes. we had water everywhere. it ruined my sons bath things. and a bunch of clothes n towels we had on the floor. Also warped the flooring. and soaked in the carpet. managment said they would send someone to come repair the pipes. came fast to fix but also said they would send someone out for the flooring and the carpet but never did. not our bathroom smells like mold n we continue to ask about when someone is goin to come. Now we have loud neighbors above n below us... we complain EVERY DAY!!! and i mean everyday. have called the cops several times n yet nothing by management is done. we told them we wanted to break our lease they said that they were goin to keep our security deposit pluss the 300 to break the lease. They have woken us up 5 times to move our car for others moving in.. but did not move cars for us upon moving in. the electrical outlets suck.. they dont hold anything. also upon moving in our carpets smelled horrible of cats.... they said they was goin to shampoo... but seemed worse the day we moved in.. we have ask and asked about that as well. we pay 575 for a 2 bedroom if we resign our lease(which we will not) the rent will raise to 710.. outragous.... we have made friends with one of the maintenance men Zach.. If you do live here or plan to live here n ever need work done ask for zach... he is amazing very helpful and very nice... also everytime we went to our pool for our building there was poop in the pool.. n i dont mean a snickers bar... actual poop.. so we swam at the pool zach was in charge of.
