I have been helping my son with his finances. He just got a job and trying to work with (or even talk to) is near impossible. Melissa is surly and downright nasty. She is not interested in working with people. She appears to be on some kind of ego trip. The apartments are horrible and the grounds are dirty. People call the Northglenn Apartments Drug Central. Be afraid, be very afraid! DON'T MOVE THERE.

this place has a higher rating than most of the nicer ones i,ve seen. See when you sign a lease your suppose to be able to pay your rent, from my experience the only time a landlord works with you on rent is if you rent fro a private rental.
