I moved in here after me and my husband had our daughter, during 2006. A young famiy starting out. It was the BIGGEST mistake of my life. The grounds is so rundown. I once saw a hypodermic needle on the ground walking to the mail boxes. Also, the worst part of living there was, like I said, the grounds were so run down, that the parking lot had pot holes every few steps. One day I was carrying my 6 month old daughter to the car (we had just purchased the new car seat that you cant take out and carry) and because of the pot holes, I tripped on one and fell with my daughter! The fall FRACTURED HER SKULL!!!! We spent 3 days at Childrens Hospital, and thankfully she was ok and the fracture healed itself within a few months. Anyway, I called the apartments and told them what happened, and they did not even apoligize! We stayed there a total of 6 months and got the heck out of there afterwards. Right after we moved they repaved all the parking lots. Its just sad it took a baby to get her head fractured for them to do something about it. Also, lots of junky people live there that fight at all hours of the night. Horrible place to live.

Ya ok, if you dont care about then why are you responding? Anyway, the complex HAS EVERY RESPONSIBLITY to provide SUITABLE, SAFE AND CLEAN enviroment to live in. Maybe not all the time, but most of the time when a person ends up killing somebody, chances are they have a history of violence. Its called back ground check!! With all the drugs, needles and potholes around there, that is not safe for any sort of a decent family to live there. You must just have lower standards of living then any other intelligent human being that I know. I just want any family or people with good standards and morals to know what they are getting into living at these apartments and not be misled by people like you who sound like they might even possibly work for the apartments. Nothing left to say about these apartments but a DUMP!!!! But you know what they say, "one man's trash is another man's treasure".

Several of my family members have lived there thruogh the years and never had ANY issues. Get a life!

I have lived here for three and a half years. The staff has always been courteous and respectful. In most cases they go out of their way to get the job done right. I question the motives of tribal in writing her review.....quote," We stayed there a total of 6 months and got the heck out of there afterwards."unquote in 2006 and she is just writing this review in November 2009, hmmm, did we not get a new application approved maybe? Whatever the reason tribal is way off base and definately in need of counseling for her anger and hostility.
