Having lived here for close to 5 years, with my wife and 2 boys, I feel qualified to give a biased review Parkside Village. I have seen 2 meth lab busts, with constant traffic all hours of the day and night to different apartments. Why do you think the Northglenn PD refers to this place as "Crackside Village"' All in all, though, I've seen a few manageement changes, with the expected confusions, but the drug traffic problem has really calmed down compared to 2 years ago, so my hat's off to the current management for that. But now, management has decided to allow dogs on property. Our cats are all indoors, and I have no qualm with responsible pet owners, but we a re constantly stepping in fresh piles of steaming dog rockets that owners won't clean up! The last straw came when our neighbor starting letting her dog poop anywhere she wants including out patio! If I could afford to put a down payment on a home, I'd move in a heartbeat! You have to follow up on maintenance calls at least 2-3 times unless your crapper explodes! Unless there's a dead body in the parking lot, the office won't follow up on it. Parents!...don't bring your kids here unless you want to see them on America's Most Wanted when they grow up!!!

The information is really not accurate Research with the NORTHGLENN police there never was any Meth Labs here at all. Yes Pet lovers are welcome be part of the solution not the problem. Yes the maintenance team is very overwelmned with the demanding residents that are crying over the simplist problems like putting a light bulb. Parents you are responsible for your children's upbringing what does an apartment have to do with it.maybe you are the parent that expects everyone else to watch your children. Having lived here so long what wrong with you maybe you fir in.

I pray that anyone that lives in this crap shute goes out and buys a gun. ints as much of a nessecity as toilet paper if your living in the village by the park. and if that fat old lady in th office gives me another dirty look when i go to pay my rent for another month in hell... i swear to god! this place is ---- move out know before you become another statistic.
