i ve lived here since september and this place is horrible.

the second week i moved in the SWAT team stormed the apartment 2 stories beneath me, Guns and all, pulled out two tennagers and a half naked girl bleeding on a stretcher.

1 month later a drunk man tried walking into my apartment and then proceeded to climb the building and get on to the balcony of the apertment directly beneath me (which happens to be my brothers)i called the police and armed myself with a butcher knife.

not even 4 days later my car was stolen at 10:00 pm. i watched my car back out and chased them in another vehicle. Northglenn PD arrived and took over the chase. ran a stop sign and totaled the car. 3 kids ran out of the car and with 15 police officers and K-9s they got away. the officer explained they respond so quickly because they are here nightlty!!!

and then just last night (12/11/2006) my brothers car was broken into, alarm went out and we ran out before they could get any thing but seriously, averaging at least one 911 call a month here.

the only security they have in this complex is a 45year old man with a flash light and dog that walks around about 3 days a week.

rent is decently priced. i pay a total of $530.00 a month, but considering the $8,000 dollars i spent to pay off the loan on the car that was stolen, $75.00 for another set of locks, and the $250.00 for the 9mm. pistol i had to buy so me and my girlfriend can sleep at night its really not worth it.

i recommend this apartment complex for any one with a drug addiction, no fear of death, and some one who isnt afraid to kill a man when the time comes.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!
IT IS TRUELY THE ASS HOLE OF NORTHGLENN CO>
