This place is horrible! They take money, send bills with no back up as to what the charge is for, the manager Shiadiah knows absoutly nothing, the staff are rude! Run as fast at you can away from here!!!!! The windows leak, the cops are always here! Its a big cover up! Maintence never comes, the neighbors are always loud!!!!! Most of all the management is disgraceful! BEWARE OF RESERVE AT NORTHGLENN.
