So I moved into The Reserve at Northglenn in April of 2007 with my family & thought things would be great. The property looked nice & the staff was great... well so I thought. But after only living there for 2 weeks I was already to move again our a/c didn't work & it took them a week in a half to fix it, in the winter we found out that the windows & vents don't keep out the cold & the apartments would do anything about it. We had to pay an outside company to come in & fix as much of the weather leaks without causing issues with our lease of the management company. So between the management company & the staff not doing their jobs, my load party all the time neighbors & the police being there 50% of the time I moved at the end of the lease, however my mother & younger brother stayed. And nothing changed so later this year in 2009 the property was bought out by another company & my mom & I thought things would change.... well boy were we wrong! This company is worse! My mom's lease was coming up in April 2009 & she when down to the office & filed out all the paperwork & pay her fees for another background check & everything to be completed on her & my little brother in February 2009 (Due to the 60 days notice you must give). She was told in March 2009 that everything was in order. Well then come to find out in September 2009 my mother was contacted by the office & told that she needed to renew her lease! My mother & I explained that she had completed it in February & it should be on file & even brought down my mother's copy of the current lease for them to look over. They made copies & said everything was in order & sorry for the misunderstanding but then started calling everyday to my mom's apartment, dropping letters in her mailbox & even locking her garage door to the point were she could get her car out for work or anything because they said that she lease wasn't current! So that was finally all my mother could take & she's moving at the end of this year, but she's still dealing with the calls, letters & everything else because this company has done nothing when she goes into the office they said everything is fine & its a misunderstanding about the calls & letters. She has written letters, emailed & called to the management company several times since this all began with no response to this day. She has even spoke with the property manager Jackie many times in regards to these issues & she tells her that she will look into & contact her in a week to follow up & she's still yet to get a real response from her. She always gets the response of we are still looking into it or everything is great & in order. But if thats the case then why haven't the calls & letters & harassment stopped'! But the true kick for me happened today when I came to visit my mother for breakfast & noticed the the walks & stairways hadn't been cleaned after the snow storm we got over the last 24 hours. So when I got in I called the office & told them & they said that they were working on cleaning the walkways & the stairs but to be careful until it was finished, which is understandable. However I was visiting my mom for well over 6 hours & when I when to leave the stairways hadn't been touched except if you count the shoe prints left behind by others. But most of the walkways leading around the complex had been cleaned, well as I was walking down the stairs I slipped & fell all the way down a flight of stairs! This is dangerous & the staff as done nothing about it & for those main reasons & many more I wouldn't recommit these apartments to anyone not even my worse enemy!

i totally agree prior to my moving in the complex in June the staff was ok and then they got the new staff in and i thought great they are really good. Right until you move in and they began harrassing me now. 1st it was because my trash bag fell out of the dumptser (no one was given notice of fines) but i got one. Now i am noise violator except i work during the hours that are in question that i was running and slamming doors. Believe it or not they are harrassing everyone for crazy stuff yet they cant get the side walks cleaned from snow, dogs pooping all over yet those violators are not fined and people throwing furniture outside dumpter but who gets fined for that. Oh that will probably trickle down to us the hard working tenants who are harrassed. The parking is outrageous people have more than the 2 car per household, children running amuck in the lot on the stairs or all over the complex with out parental supervision. This place is a joke trying to keep standards that are "high" but they are just gouging people left and right with stupid "rules' that only apply to the one's they have singled out. **** very upset tenant****
