After living at Thistle Sage for two years and reading the previous review, I am floored by the misrepresentation presented in that review! I have had no problem with maintanence or elevators. Nor have I encountered even ONE bug in my apartment. But, I do keep my home clean. Each time I have submitted a maintanence request it has been handled within 24 hours and the staff has always been curteous and knowledgable. The management people have worked with me when I have been unable to pay my rent, and are always ready to greet me with a smile when I walk into the office. I have had to file a couple noise complaints in the two years I have been here, but have noticed that the noisy neighbors had an envelope on their door that day and the noise seemed to get better right away. I just renewed my lease for another year, and they actually LOWERED my rent to do so! I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone needing to save a little money and not too up tight to live in a 30 year old building!
