Beware of management

The management is very non cooperative and rude. They want to charge you for every thing they do or don't do. Management is not avert from threatning tectics through the maintainence staff. Sometimes you need to call the cops to get the management in control. If you are aggressive and not-scared, you can take on this management.

Appartments have a weird smell and are quite old. Don't forget to check for lead paint.
