I rented a Thistle Sage apartment for a a year and a half.

The maintenance and management are very good.

Traffic on Washington Street Is very loud, I could not open my windows because of all the noise from the street and courtyard bouth. The walls are painted an anoying white color and there is a lot of loitering outside on the steps and in the courtyard.
