I have never lived in an apartment complex where I have nothing good to say.

There are often broken beer bottles or half full bottles sitting out for kids to play with.
Many children run unsupervised all day.
The office staff is at best rude as soon as you sign the lease.
Our apartment had hand prints on the walls when we moved in.
It takes many times to even get maintenance men to come to your apartment then more to get them to fix something.
The lawn is always full of dog feces.
When they clean the sidewalks they actually blow stuff through the HUGE gap in your door.
The closets are worthless if you want to hang any of your clothes.
