very rude AFTER you sign the lease

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
As a current tennant, I am surprised at how LOVELY and NICE the staff was BEFORE I signed the lease. After I gave them my money and signed on the dotted line, I'm just another number. Nobody could care less about my telephone calls. Kids and dogs running all over the streets. Not too sure about my safety - don't live on the ground floor if I was you. Totally scary parking lots - very little light.
