I have lived here one year and have been burglarized once and had a prowler at my window at 4 am once, and have witnessed a domestic violence argument escalate into a kidnapping.

The grounds are filthy, dog poop everywhere, gum and beer cans all over.

No maintainence has ever been done on my apt eventhough I have asked repeatedly. I eventually spent my own money on window blinds in my bedroom so I could undress with privacy.

There is a creepy exhibitionist guy across the parking lot who NEVER closes his blinds (I should have asked him for his) and little kids play in the street unsupervised all hours of the day and night.

Cathy, the so-called manager is sullen and unhelpful. Regina is nice and friendly.

I think this is a big ghetto...not even that great a price. I found a bigger, nicer apt with many, many more features for only $30 a month more.

This place is very, very old and not well kept. There is even asbestos in the ceiling so you cannot hang plant hooks there.

Cathy is employed there to make money for the company that OWN's the apartment complex, nothing more. She is not there to be your "buddy" and hold your hand. If you are not responsible enough to pay your (own) rent on time and control (your) behavior, then you desirve to be thrown out on your butt! How is this different from the way it works EVERY WHERE ELSE in the country? She is not PAID to feel-she is paid to do what is in the best interests of the company that (once again) OWN's the apartment complex....."COME ON PEOPLE-PULL YOUR HEADS OUT AND GET WITH THE PROGRAM or move on!!!
