If you rent here, you will regret it. In the wintertime, the apartment is too cold to live in and management will do nothing to help you. They are unfriendly as soon as they have your move in money and will find any way they can to charge you as much money as possible when you move out. These complexes are old and poorly constructed and have caught fire multiple times.
