Some problems, overall ok

It's not a bad place if you get the right unit. I live in building B in an apartment that faces west and it looks right over an auto-repair shop. It sounds like the bottom of the pit at a Nascar race when they run the compressor guns all day. Maintenance was always extremely slow to repair anything (it took three weeks for our dryer to get looked at). The walls are thin and I can hear our neighbors having a normal conversation. The family that just moved in above us sounds like they have 50 kids running around, but that's just a general downfall to living in an apartment. Overall, it's not a bad place. I'm only moving to get closer to Golden where I go to school. I did have my car broken into and the stereo stolen but that could happen anywhere. You have easy access to I-25 and shopping centers and there's a park and bike path nearby to walk your dog or go running.
