the biggest issue i have is with the staff when i moved in in 2007 they were wonderful took care of issues and were very friendly... since then the apartment management has changed and the staff really don't give a damn as long as they can lease an apartment.... they act like they are going to take care of your issues then they blow you off .... so it takes multiple trips to the office to get things taken care of.... very dictatorial but with no follow up..... the apartments themselves i really like.... really haven't had any problems to speak of some of the neighbors are inconsiderate especially the ones with kids..... stomping up and down the entry stairs at all hours
