Years at this apartment: 1990 - 1993
I used to manage Washington Park, and it is a very nice, little property with nice floorplans. When I was there....a very, long time ago..(getting old)..from 1990 - 10/93, the company I worked for, Insignia, put alot of money into the property. We took great care of it, and the residents. My assistant manager at the time that I left, Candy Vaughn, became the manager at some point and last time I talked to her, about 3 years ago, she was still there. She is a great person with great management ability, caring of residents, and if she is still there I couldn't imagine Washington Park anything but a great place to live.
The apartments are good sized, and the property itself is spread out and peaceful. I lived there as well in #206, and loved my apartment.
