I have a problem with my upstairs neighbors (they have 5 kids and 2 adults in a 2 bedroom apt.) the kids run around all day and I can hear them loud and clear, they also jump up and down on the floor, throw trash on my porch and all in front of the apartments making them look worse then they already do, draw on my air conditioner, stare in my windows, and when I tell the manager she tells me to call the police, but offers no solution what am I going to tell them' especially when it is against social services rules to rent to that many people in such a tiny apartment. They refuse to let me change apartments or to help me in any way at all. My sink overflows all of the time and they will not cover all of things that are damaged, or fix it properly. My dishwasher has never worked. The porchlights go on at 5 in the evening and off before it is light and they will not Do not move here, you will regret it there are tons of BAD kids (because I have nothing against kids, just bad kids with no manners) running around playing soccer in the parking lot hitting all of the cars... NOT A GOOD IDEA TO LIVE HERE!!!
