well let me start out by saying that not after ten minutes of me getting my keys to my apt and right after i unlocked my door did i have the cops roll up to my building because of the neighbors upstairs who were fighting each other. i blew this off because i figured what the hell ---- happens right' a few weeks after moving in i discovered mold on my bathroom ceiling its continued to get worse and worse. All most 1-2 times a week the cops were outside because of people fighting and noises. Now i believe if you have a problem with your neighbor being nosy its not the complexes fault. So i went over there and asked them to turn down their music and the man argued with me saying it wasn't loud, i had to bring him into my home to let him hear it for himself.still it continued, but i blew this off. We lived on the first floor apt, so after a few months my room began to have bugs crawling through my vents(i keep a clean home by the way) it took the complex over a week to come take care of it. (i would later need them to come back every month for the next year to spray because it was so bad). I then received bed bugs from a neighboor there was no warning at all of an infestation like this in the building. they came back 3 different times to spray and tried to charge me for it! the office woman was the biggest ----- i have ever met and fought with me over everything.The parking sucked the mexican family above me had 6 different cars and would always swap out the front 2 spots with another one of there cars before they left insuring they always kept them.Rude trashy people lived there.I was looking to save money when i moved in but its worth spending that little extra bit of cash just to spare yourself of this --------! Bottom line if your looking for a cheap place to live please go else were. i would suggest any were but here. it truly was a disgusting place to live.
