It was very difficult working with the manager during completion of our year lease and the post move-out inspection.
Our 30 day move out notice date fell on a Sunday so we tried to notify the office on Monday that we would not be re-newing our lease. Because we only gave her 29 day notice she threatened to sue if moved out at the end of our lease. We ended up being forced to stay for an extra month.
During our post move out inspection the manager was very agressive and argumentative. It felt as if she was trying to intimidate us into paying for items to be replaced based on her arbitrary whims. Again, she threatened to sue us.
She was very rude and unprofessional and was diffucult to work with. In the end she made renting there a very unpleasant experience.
