Management is friendly and professional. Wonderful folks. Apartments are always kept clean and well groomed. Safe because they do criminal background checks and they have a crime prevention program with the police, they have added extra lights, etc. Nice play area for kids. Basketball for big kids, big park nearby. Only complaints are heater is very noisy, coming on with a loud snap, and no chairs in laundry rooms. City rec center a couple of blocks away
