The property was okay. We had bad carpet when we moved in, which they took care of fairly quickly by replacing stained spots only. Downstairs neighbor was loud and annoying, so that was a minus, but calls to the management were responded to and they did contact the neighbor several times. Location is pretty good. Nice park nearby with walking/running path. They are also close to several stores and restaurants which was a big bonus.
