just saw the other reviews. i have not had a problem at all. leasing staff is friendly and willing to listen to any concerns i have ever came up with. the grounds are always taken care of, maintenance crews come through daily to pick up anything that might be left behind. had a leaky faucet once, they came by the same day and fixed it. close to major intersection but far enough not to hear it. last winter 2 roofs leaked and the entire staff including office people helped to stop it. 3 minute walk from a large park, i can be downtown in heavy traffic within 20 minutes (really). mall area is 10 minutes walk away. 3 large food stores close by. never had a power outage, cable has gone off one time and came back within 2 hours (middle of the night). this isn't a luxury apartment complex, but it's nicer then most. better then basic living at a economical price.
