title says it all. i lived there for 2 years and most of the time i was happy. i love the free heat and free water. rent there is affordable, parking is more than ample, never had a problem with the office staff or the maintence staff, they give you coupons for paying your rent early, well maintained property. the only cons i have are that the walls dont have enough insulation, you have to have a key for the laundry rooms, and there seems to be more than average police activity around there. overall great place.

I just read online about the murder of the dog that lived at this apartment complex. The negligence of the maintenance staff and the heartless reaction of the main office for not doing anything. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE and they are NOT pet friendly. I read this on craigslist and was appalled. I would sue these people if it were me.
