So i just moved out and i lived in a small one bedroom apartment and they sent me a bill for over $800 to replace the carpet. They said that it smelled like pets when i moved out. I lived there by myself. I took pics so im fighting it. They also had pics but they are from under the carpet and they are huge. Like 15" around and are trying to say it is from pet pee, if you know of any "cats" that pee puddles that big let me know. I asked them what made them think that i had a cat, they said the guy that moved into my apartment saw it in the window. PLEASE! I also ran into a guy that moved out of there and he got a bill for $1300 because he had a cracked window in his bedroom. Dont move here PLEASE. They are funded by chafa and they take section 8 so i was paying 550 and a bunch of people were pating a lot less because of his section 8. Maint is also horrible i put on my inventory form and several work orders that my oven didnt work and it was never fixed!
