Ok so I dont even know where to start, naming problems with this place is like naming all the different stars in the universe.

1. The day we moved in there were cigarette butts and burns stains on our carpet, as well as holes in the wall and dents in the doors (every single door).
2. A few days after moving our entire apartment was flooded with sewage water from the apartment upstairs the had a leak. No carpet or anything was replaced, they only offered to wash our towels.
3. Our appliances are old and break down constantly.
4. Women are sexually harassed by -------- in the parking lot daily.
5. Walls are paper thin, we can hear our neghbor constantly hocking up flem and spitting over the rail.
6. They do maintenance on the 'lawn' early in the morning on weekends so if you plan on sleeping in after a long week good luck.
7. Constant intrusion of privacy, they have to 'inspect' these old crappy buildings every few months whether you like it or not.
8. Laundry rooms are disgusting... I wont even go there.

I could go on and on but for the sake of my fellow man this should be enough to steer anyone away from hell, er... westbury.... Please, for your own sake spend 50 more a month and get something better.
