My girlfriend and I have lived here since February of 07, and since day 1, I was not impressed! The neighbors are loud with very loud and rude kids screaming at 2 in the morning. It is normal for apartment complexes to be inspected once a year, but here at the Westbury, they get inspected once every 3 months or so. Intrusion of privacy!

I don't have anything against smokers (I was one myself), but most people that live here smoke, why' Because there are cigarette butts all over the place and no one wants to keep it a clean safe environment. The laundry room has a trash can, and most residents that live here dont use the dumpster to throw their gargabe away, they use the trash cans in the laundry room because they are too lazy, and that makes the laundry rooms stink, and management refuses to enforce any rules.

They shut the water off about once a month (for repairs), and they've done this for almost 12 months (once a month). It is an inconvenience. Poor service, poor maintenance (and when they inspect, they dont give you notice either)--by the way I'm writing this review while an inspector is in my kitchen (nice man, but works for a really terrible company).

When the blizzard hit last year in December of 06, it took The Westbury 8 months to fix the parking lots and cover the pot holes.

Overall, this place is the worst I've ever stayed at. I would rather pay $200 more at another place (which is what our plan is starting next month). Paying more money at another place is a lot more worth it than having an inconvenience with the water, noise, poor management, rude residents, and a low-class low-morale society that resides here at the Westbury (another name for "HELL"!!!), and for those that have lived here for years and have no complaints, they are probably dirty trashy people that don't shower everyday with no sense of morality or respect for others.

The Westbury is NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE! Stay away from here!!!!!!!!!
