Inconsistent Managers My dryer has been BURNING holes in my & my roommates clothes for close to 4 months now. We notified them as soon as it started happening. Three new managers later and they still haven't done anything about it. Pretty sure it's a fire hazard and they don't even care

NO! If you rent here, you will regret it. In the wintertime, the apartment is too cold to live in and management will do nothing to help you. They are unfriendly as soon as they have your move in money and will find any way they can to charge you as much money as possible when you move out.

I lived here - I liked it I read some of the other posts and dont agree. I leved here for 3 years and loved it. My apartment faced the lake and it was pretty quiet. The city redid the park and it is really nice now. I would refer my friends to live here.

Can't see anything in the parking lot! Took over a month to fix a few lights in the parking lot. Dark lot sucks at night when there is ice in the parking lot and the terrible lighting in the halls outside our door, makes us not want to open it after dark unless we know who was coming by.
