We have had nothing but problems with this complex. The staff is horrible to deal with, they never return calls and are always to busy to be bothered. They NEVER answer the phone in the office. The maintaince is terrible, they hardly ever actually fix the problem. We had to switch apartments twice before we even moved in and it cause a ton of problems with moving. Then the day we got here to move they didn't even have the correct apt. for us available. We had to take a totally different apart. which we didn't even like. If you still think you want to rent here make sure you view your specific apt. before you sign the lease because all the apartments floorplans are different and none look like what they show you when you come to view.

It's true, the office staff never returns calls and it's very difficult to speak with the manager or the assistant manager,seems they are never available and I totally agree maintenance is lousy, they don't fix anything they just keep promising to do it in a few days, next week, or they need to order the part (which never gets here) or some other excuse. I have waited 3 months for my door to be fixed and I am still waiting. They need to get rid of them and bring back the guy that was here before them. He ALWAYS responded right away and got the job done!!

I completely agree! I rented cheaper but much better apartments in college. Maintenance could never fully fix the electrical problem in the bedroom and closet. I had to resign a 6 month lease but the staff was to busy and I had to wait over an hour, past my scheduled appointment.
