I've been here for close to 10 months now and have been very pleased. The office staff continues to be friendly and helpful. Maintenance has been great with the 2 minor problems we've had and has always been courteous. The previously reported problems of dog residue around the property has been improved. I've been able to save money on utilities due to the quality of insulation and construction, not to mention being able to walk for most of my errands. Parking is rather tight, but I can't say I've seen better at other apartments. If you have more than one vehicle, a garage would be a good option as it will provide 2 spaces, one in the garage and one in the driveway. Overall this place is well built, well taken care of and has the friendliest people I have seen at an apartment complex.
