This isnt a bad place to live but I think it is a little too expensive. When I first moved in, I got a really good deal ($850/mo for a 2bd-2ba) but every time I renewed the lease, they would raise the rent by $50-75 until it got to the point where I couldnt justify paying so much. The clubhouse is nice and the concierge service is a nice touch. Never had any problems with the pool but once in a while the hot-tub wasnt working.

I lived there for 2-1/2 years and didnt have any major maintenance issues, except that the second bedroom got really cold in the winter and the windows leaked once in a while when it rained really hard. I wouldnt recommend getting a unit along Dransfeldt or Stage Run, and especially across from the burger place and movie theater. Dransfedt is a very busy and noisy road and every weekend there are huge crowds of unruly teenagers hanging out by the burger place and movie theater making a lot of noise, especially in the summer. The only other complaint is the number of people with dogs who dont pick up after them, really need to be careful walking through the grass areas. The complex was recently sold to another company so I dont know if any major changes are going to happen.

Overall, I would say its a nice place if you can get a good deal on the rent.
